me2me selects PhoneTag for Voicemail transcription
me2me to offer the leading automated transcription service as part of its product portfolio
Zurich, 11th February, 2010 - me2me AG, supplier of Web and voice services has contracted PhoneTag from Ditech Networks Inc., a leader in voice quality solutions and voice applications to deliver voicemail transcription as a feature of their Visual Voice Mail product they distribute in Europe.
Ditech offers superior carrier-grade voice-to-text transcription services through its PhoneTag product. In fact, PhoneTag Auto, was recently named the most accurate automated voicemail transcription by TMA Associates. In addition, PhoneTag Hybrid, a human-assisted version of the transcription service reaches an even higher level of transcription quality. PhoneTag currently supports English, Spanish, French and Portuguese languages. Support for German and Italian will be available in the coming months.
