Andreas Kleeb, Chairman of the Board
Andreas Kleeb studied economics computer science at the University of Zurich. During his studies he worked at Siemens as a project manager and software developer in the Systems & Organisation Department. In 1983 he designed in collaboration with other students, a tool for analysis of chemical processes successfully marketed in the pharmaceutical industry in Basel. In 1985, Mr. Kleeb Wickart Office (later Wickart, Kleeb + Partner AG and today redIT) set up the IT department. Andreas Kleeb is since 1999 President and CEO of redIT AG. Mr. Kleeb also serves on the boards of other group companies from the beelk group, located in Zug.
Peter Hauser, CEO & Delegate of the Board
Peter holds an MBA of University of Boston and HWV of Zurich, Switzerland, Zurich. Peter spent eight years in charge as Senior Vice President and General Manager International Operations for Nuance Communications. He was a member of the core Team who built the world Leader in Speech Technology out of the assets of L&H, Philips, Scansoft, Speechworks, ART, Phonetics and Tegic. Before Nuance, Peter was Senior Vice President and GM International for GDC, Middlebury, Connecticut. Peter also acted as Senior Executive for Ascom and Texas Instruments.
William Wen, President me2me & VP Business Development North America
William holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters from the Yale School of Management. He spent 8 years at Nuance Communications in Corporate Development and Finance and was responsible for leading 18 acquisitions including Lernout & Hauspie, Philips, Speechworks, Nuance Communications and BeVocal. Before Nuance, William worked in Corporate Development at Xerox Corporation.
Pär Lange
Before joining Swisscom Ventures in 2005, Pär was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of a Stockholm based advisory firm with focus on early stage investments in the ICT area. Prior to this, he co-founded a mobile operator which successfully obtained a 3G license in Sweden. He started his career as an R&D engineer, designing RF and microwave circuitry followed by a three year assignment in sales and marketing of cellular systems for Ericsson in Japan. Pär has an M.Sc. in Physics, and an MBA degree from INSEAD.
