- Mobile Dictation
Quick dictation functions and simple automatic sending of dictations. Frisbee allows you to dictate with a professional mobile dictation device of almost any brand, regardless of your location. - Desktop Dictation - PC Input
Dictate directly into Frisbee using your tethered microphone. You can navigate during the dictation process using your dictation microphone buttons or a sliding switch control. It's as simple as that, as Frisbee does the rest for you. - Smartphone Dictation
Dictate via Smartphone when you're on the move. Send your recording directly to the Frisbee Enterprise Server, where your secretary can pick it up. The result: your dictations are already typed up when you get back to the office. - Speech recognition
Dictate to your PC with a mobile dictation machine or a stationary dictation microphone. The Frisbee Enterprise workflow automatically sends your dictation to the speech recognition engine. It then makes the speech-to-text transcript and original audio file available to your secretary or transcription service for correction. - Frisbee Enterprise Server
Frisbee Enterprise is the central server application within the Frisbee solution. It's responsible for dictation, workflow and document management, user administration, centralized backup and archiving. - In-house transcription
All dictations are passed on to the relevant transcriptionist through user-defined settings. The designated secretary only sees the dictations that appear on her personal job lister. - Transcription Pool
Instead of designating one person, you can also send dictations to a secretarial pool based on certain workflow settings. The next available employee then processes the job. - External transcription
Frisbee gives you flexible and secure access from any PC «outside the building». You're directly connected to Frisbee Enterprise through the local area network or the Internet. - Active Directory Authentification
The member's (of the group) username and password are authenticated by the Site's configured Active Directory server. The user's Frisbee Enteprise system password is ignored. -
Single Sign On (SSO)
This option allows Frisbee Enterprise Client and Frisbee Enterprise Manager to use the logged on user’s Windows credentials as authentication into Frisbee Enterprise with no further authentication, that is, without checking for a password. Therefore when the user starts Frisbee Enterprise Client or Frisbee Enterprise Manager the application is started directly without prompting the user for user credentials via the Login dialog.
